Life Your Capable of Living

The Atlas Statue in the Rockefeller Center, New York

Are you living the life you are capable of living, finding the passion for growth and success by settling for less than one your actually capable of? If you have found no passion for the life you are living your not living the life you’re capable of.

It was this year that I finally accepted that we are no living in a time of history like no other, as technology has given us amazing opportunities. No matter gender, race, education, or circumstance.

You see, the age of the history we are living has given us the ability to embrace our own difference, which allows us to do what we love, following our individual passions.

I could only imagine a few years ago being able to have a testament to these times, and finding my own possibilities that abound for me, for anyone with the dream and a willingness to work hard to achieve it. To crystallize the path, to find my own path to my dreams and their finalized reality. I had to find the encouragement needed to reach my full potential.

Living a life you are capable of living, means that you must be bold enough and brash enough to believe that you can achieve some pretty wild dreams while changing the world at the same time. We have to understand that we see the world changing around us. The experience of lack in a Time of plenty, while channeling that desperation to learn how to create the future we desire.

We need to find those who challenge us, to create our future, to make the big difference by changing something that will make our lives better. Yet, breaking away from the past where we found that we were told to get a job, get working toward retirement, do better in school, and always support your family first. As these where the thing our parents and grandparents grew up with and knew to be true.

Now we are not faced with such certainty in life, we must accept the realities of the new history, the history where we can dream and achieve happiness in our own ways. With the gift of being able to create a lifestyle of freedom by defining our own success in our own way, allowing us to do meaningful, satisfying work.

It is the satisfying work we are meant to do, that gives us purpose, not a position in our lives. Allowing us to create our own game rather than simply accepting someone else believes in what is possible for us.   Yet we can’t just dream of our better tomorrow, we must be committed to making and taking the risk required to create it.

It is my belief that when we look at ourselves for whom we are and really understand any dream we may have is achievable.   We understand each of us has the unique gifts that can change our lives, change our communities, and change our world.

The currency of these changes and the currency of greatest change is our own applied knowledge. This is not knowledge that we find genetically encoded in ourselves, as anyone and I believe everyone can acquire the knowledge necessary to change their lives.   We need to find those around us that can cheer us on and coach us through tough moments. Life You are Capable of Living is not as far away as it may appear or you believe it is. Go get it!
